AmortizeHub is a free collection of loan and mortgage calculators. This page explains what information is and is not collected when you use the site. The short version: your loan numbers never leave your browser.

Calculator inputs stay on your device

Every calculation runs in your browser using JavaScript. We do not send your loan amount, interest rate, term, payment date or any other figure you type to a server, and we do not store those figures in an account. If you close the page, the numbers are gone unless your browser keeps them for a saved link.

The site may store your last-used calculator settings in your browser’s localStorage so the form is prefilled when you return. That data stays on your device, is not readable by us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Information collected by our hosting provider

Like most websites, the site is served by a hosting provider that may keep standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention and basic reliability monitoring. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.

Advertising and cookies

This site is supported by advertising. When ads are displayed, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

Analytics

The site does not currently run a third-party analytics product. If that changes, this page will be updated before the new tool is enabled.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Children

The site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
